If the viewer displays black, it normally indicates that one or more files are missing. 

Please verify the following:


1. Hit the T hotkey to toggle between the Left and Right Eyes to see if one of the view only is missing.

2. Verify the path for your Source image files and check that the files currently exist on your drives. (Internal or external)

3. Play the viewer to identify a potential problem with one specific frame in your sequence.

4. Make sure the file format is currently supported by Stereoid by reviewing the list in the User Guide Supported File Formats section or online FAQ.

5. Under the Source Frame Control tab, please verify the Region of Interest and Lens Distortion values. In doubt, you can always hit the Reset button. 

6. In the viewer, press the Home button to reset the viewer.
